Please note that each piece is one of a kind and the photos represent the general design rather than the exact piece that I'm going to ship. I make very small batches in my studio and pieces come out all different. Each one is unique and special.

TECHNIQUES & MATERIALS

The delicate look and lightweight feel is achieved by using very thin slabs of porcelain. Each piece is carefully slab built using porcelain in my studio in Italy, glazed in transparent inside, sanded smooth outside and fired twice to 1240°. Everything I use is food-safe.

The clay I use is a high quality Limoges porcelain and it has high translucency. Its colour after firing tends to a warm white.

WHY CHOOSING PORCELAIN

Porcelain is highly resistant and tends to last much better over the years than standard ceramic. That is because porcelain is denser, more uniform and harder than ceramics. It is fired to higher temperature, giving high strength to the finished product and making it more durable, most crack-resistant, almost impossible to stain, and with no absorption problems therefore completely food safe.

CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT

Clay is a natural and long-lasting material, therefore environmentally friendly. It is part of our tradition and history as many everyday objects were made of clay since ancient times. Since I care about environment, I use recycled packaging when possible and ask you to re-use it.

Please allow for small differences in sizes and shapes between the items as they are all handmade, each one is unique:

• large oval tray: 34x13,5 cm (13.4x5,3”), H. 1,5 cm (0.60”)
• small oval tray: 30x10cm (11.8x4”), H. 1,5 cm (0.60”)
• espresso cup: D. 5 cm (1.9”), H. 6 cm (2.4”) handle excluded. The cup contains approx. 60 ml. 
• espresso cup saucer: D. 8.5 cm ( 3.3") 
• sugar pot: D. 7 cm (2.7”), H. 5 cm (2”)
• teaspoon: 10 cm (4'') approx

CARE

Oven, Microwave and dishwasher safe, although a gentle hand wash would be more appropriate.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

This item is ready to ship in approx 4-6 weeks. Often small quantities in stock, can be shiped in 1-3 days. In case you are in a hurry to receive it, please ask for availability by using the Whatsapp button.

Every parcel is shipped by courier, can be tracked and signature is requested at delivery so make sure that someone will be available to receive the shipping. After two attempts of delivery your parcel will be sent back to the sender.

I ship worldwide, but if your country is not listed in the shipping countries please ask me to quote shipping expenses for you.

I pack pieces very carefully to make sure they arrive safely. In the unlikely event of the pieces being damaged in transport, please contact me for a full refund or exchange.

I gladly accept returns. Contact me within 7 days of delivery. Return items back within 14 days of delivery. Custom or personalised orders can't be returned or exchanged. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import taxes: buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
